ATB | Reimagining Banking

A retail banking design program developed around a new vision for the ATB customer experience. The work included a strategic playbook and multiple flagship locations across Alberta, each exploring how banking could become more open, flexible, digital, and hospitality driven.

The projects moved away from conventional branch planning toward a more active and approachable model: lounge areas, advisory zones, digital touchpoints, open work settings, local art, and warmer material palettes. Together, the locations established a new spatial language for ATB and a more contemporary relationship between banking, service, and community.
